| EVENT: BONFIRE NIGHT |
| We do need helpers on the night to help set up, to be stewards around the grounds and on the gate and to help on the refreshment and crisp/sweet stalls and the bar, and of course to help pack up after. Please do volunteer some of your time to help us make this a really memorable night as we cannot run these events without you. Please note that if we do not get enough volunteers then we may have to move volunteers around/combine stalls/have less volunteers on some stalls than planned etc so please be prepared to do something different to your preferred choice if needed. Stewards are also welcome to have their family and friends stand with them whilst they are stewarding (you will be allocated rough positions). |
